Towards the end of February, 2000, a group of nearly sixty people were brought together because of an incurable interest in the British Sitcom As Time Goes By. Thanks in large part to the efforts of Diane McElhany, who was to the London Trip what Emma was to our New York Trip, the listmembers attended a taping on February 25, 2000 at which they were specially recognized by the cast and crew. Those on my email list who were not able to actually be in London were joined again in spirit and we again thank Stephanie for allowing herself to be coerced into writing another toast which happened as close as we could estimate to the actual taping.
As I write this section many people are still overseas and some will attend this week's taping. As the photos and reports come in I will post them.
